Using new technology, energy-efficient materials,
and quality features throughout the interior
and exterior of each home, our goal is to effectively integrate
quality and beauty into each home’s design. Today’s
product choices are almost limitless, and although building a custom
home can be overwhelming at times, the final outcome is certainly
worth all the effort.
First we sit down with you to
learn about you. Empty nester or growing family? Casual or formal? No yard
work or gardener’s
paradise? Affordable or pull-out-all-stops?
Then, we design the
interior. Start with our floor plans and go anywhere you like from there. Sure,
we can move walls, combine rooms, add a window. But we can also
promise this: if you can dream it, we can do it. An all-marble
bath. A state-of-the-art media room. Laundry center on the
second floor. Just ask Dave. Not many homebuilders will customize
the way we do.
Changes? Any
time is okay. Changes are easy and
can happen at any time during the home-building process. Ours
will be an intense short-term relationship — though
we have remained friends with many customers over the years — and
in order for you to be happy, the environment has to be right
for you to speak your mind. We welcome the input. We also create
plenty of early opportunities to foresee the end result, helping
to minimize late or in process changes.
