Dave Gill grew up in Avon Lake, Ohio, and learned the construction
industry from the ground up. His experience with union jobs and
working for building trade contractors offers him a unique perspective
on owning a custom home-building company. He’s learned how
to deal with the trades fairly and efficiently. And he’s
learned that listening to what customers want, offering them the
latest innovations, and doing his best to build customers’ dreams
is the simple blueprint for building customer satisfaction.
Valorie
Gill, also from Avon Lake, is the perfect partner for Dave—in
life and in their business. She began by leasing apartments and
worked for Ethan Allen as a decorator, a talent that serves Gill
Design customers well today through our own Midwest Interiors. While Dave worked on side jobs,
she managed the books. Her home-oriented experience, her business
acumen, and her contagious enthusiasm for their work blends perfectly
with Dave’s extensive knowledge of the industry, dedication
to quality, and enjoyment of his work.
