Our floor plans are just the beginning. Our opening discussions
with you start with the interior of
your home and establish the style that suits your family. You’ll
select the features you want: kitchen and bathroom cabinetry,
countertops, fixtures, appliances, woodwork and doors, lighting,
and more design options. We can even help
you decorate your completed home.
We’ll
build on our lot or yours, no matter where
it is in the United States. Or we can help you find the perfect
site. When we finish the interior plan, only then will we custom
design the exterior.
Personal
service. David and Valorie Gill, the company’s owners, and Jack Kile, Gill Design
Group’s Project Manager, personally work with each client
during design and selection, and are available throughout the
entire building process to ensure that each home meets everyone’s
expectations.
