My new house building adventure began by dragging my husband Tom, kicking and screaming, to look at model homes and lots. But how could he say no - it was Mother's Day and he said we would do anything I wanted!!
Six months later we fell in love with Riverglen Drive and signed on the dotted line. Then the real fun began - meeting with Dave Gill, going over blueprints, choosing windows, flooring, cabinets, colors (Val came to my rescue on that), bricks, taking pictures every week of the progress and the fun of meeting our new neighbors.
I can truly say this was the most fun project of my life!!!
And I just smile when - every single day - Tom says, "I'm SO glad we moved here."
