To the Staff at Gill Construction: Well, we can't believe it but we will be celebrating our sixth (6) anniversary and, to tell you the truth, it seems like we just moved in. We are so happy to pull into our driveway and know that when we enter, it is our "dream" home. As you may remember, we purchased your model home and did not have it built to our specifications. Regardless of this minor fact, it is a truly lovely place.
The quality detail to the wood flooring, the exquisite foyer and stairway leading to the bedrooms, and the general workmanship have made our home a place that has been greatly admired by our family and friends. It is a fun place to entertain, both casually and formally. We especially love the layout of the first floor with its great room, eating area and kitchen, coupled with a formal dining and living room.
Our master bedroom, a spacious his and her closet and attached luxury bathroom have been a daily mainstay for us. What with our children and overnight guests, it is truly a retreat to retire to at night.
We also want you to know that the small problems and inconveniences we experienced in the settling of a new home were met by your company and taken care of in a quick and timely manner, much to our satisfaction.
We can only imagine what a magnificent home we could have built with your knowledge and our imagination combined; but, in closing, we want you to know what a true delight it has been living here and we are only sorry that we did not meet you sooner.With our sincerest best wishes,
